William H. Arcuri , Chief Compliance Officer
William Arcuri is responsible for overall compliance with industry rules and regulations. Prior to joining MKM Partners LLC, Mr. Arcuri served as Chief Compliance Officer with several firms after spending eleven years with NASD Regulation, Inc. As a supervisor in the NASD’s District 10 Office (New York) Mr. Arcuri approved new member applicants, conducted routine examinations, and trained examiners. |

Matthew J. Casamassima, Managing Director of Trading
Matthew J. Casamassima is a senior member of the team having joined MKM in its founding year, 2002. Prior to joining MKM, Mr. Casamassima worked as a market maker for Spencer Trask, a New York based venture capital firm, from 1999 to 2002. Matt graduated from Boston College in May of 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. |

John O'Brien, Managing Director, Head of Ohio Office
John O’Brien joined MKM Partners in June 2006 to open and run the Cleveland office. Prior to joining MKM, he was a Managing Director at Keybanc Capital Markets and Head of Sales Trading from 2003 to 2006. From 1999 to 2003 he was Sr. V.P. of Sales Trading for Keybanc, managing their west coast trading operations. From 1993 to 1999 Mr. O’Brien was an OTC market maker for Legg Mason and Everen Securities. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance in 1993. |

Katie Stockton, Managing Director/Chief Market Technician
Katie Stockton joined MKM Partners in August 2004. Prior to joining MKM, Mrs. Stockton worked as a trader for a New York-based hedge fund and was a publishing analyst for Morgan Stanley’s technical strategy group. Her career began in 1997 in San Francisco, where she worked as a technical analyst for Wit SoundView and McCullough, Andrews & Cappiello. Mrs. Stockton received her Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 2001, and she is on the Board of the Market Technicians Association. She is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and financial newswires. Mrs. Stockton graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA from the University of Richmond. |

Jonathan Carr, Managing Director/Head of Sales Trading
Jonathan Carr joined MKM Partners in June 2010. He previously spent seven years at Morgan Stanley & Co., most recently as a Managing Director, and managed the listed sales trading department there for three years. He also spent five years as an Executive Director and senior sales trader at JonesTrading. Jon graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. |
