Michael T. Darda, Chief Economist/Chief Market Strategist
Michael T. Darda joined MKM Partners in December 2003 as Chief Economist and Director of Research. Prior to joining MKM, Mr. Darda worked as Chief Economist and Director of International Research Polyconomics, Inc., a research firm located in New Jersey. Before joining Polyconomics, Inc., Mr. Darda worked in the Wisconsin State Legislature as a Press Secretary and Staff Economist for State Senator Margaret A. Farrow. He graduated with honors in economics, journalism, and public relations from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. |

Erika Henik, Ph.D., Managing Director/Director of Research
Erika Henik joined MKM Partners in December 2009. She was previously Head of the Americas Content Management Group at Goldman Sachs, and she held a similar role at Banc of America/Montgomery Securities. She also published as part of the equity strategy team at Thomas Weisel Partners. Dr. Henik is an Adjunct Professor at the Stevens Institute of Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.A. (cum laude) from Columbia University. |

Katie Stockton, Managing Director/Chief Market Technician
Katie Stockton joined MKM Partners in August 2004. Prior to joining MKM, Mrs. Stockton worked as a trader for a New York-based hedge fund and was a publishing analyst for Morgan Stanley’s technical strategy group. Her career began in 1997 in San Francisco, where she worked as a technical analyst for Wit SoundView and McCullough, Andrews & Cappiello. Mrs. Stockton received her Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 2001, and she is on the Board of the Market Technicians Association. She is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and financial newswires. Mrs. Stockton graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA from the University of Richmond. |

Wendy D. Farina joined MKM Partners in April 2008. Prior to joining MKM, Ms. Farina led all consumer research and trend analyses at Vardon Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund located in New York. Previously Ms. Farina was a successful business strategist and spent over 20 years consulting to Fortune 500 companies covering a wide range of industries. Prior to Vardon, Ms. Farina was a Principal with Kurt Salmon Associates, a global strategy boutique widely respected by C-level executives across the retail and consumer business landscape. Ms. Farina earned her MBA with honors from City University of New York/Baruch College and also received honors from NYU for her Post-Masters degree in Accounting. She received her B.S. in business from The University of Arizona. |

Jim Strugger joined MKM Partners in August 2009. Previously Mr. Strugger spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley in economics, international equities, and domestic equity sales. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. |

Keith M. Moore, Ph.D., CFA, Managing Director/Event Driven Research
Keith M. Moore heads up MKM Partners’ Event-Driven group. Prior to joining MKM Partners in December 2009, Keith served as Kellner DiLeo & Company's Co-Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager of the KDC Merger Arbitrage Fund and Director of Risk Management. He is the author of the nationally recognized book on arbitrage, Risk Arbitrage: An Investor’s Guide, and an author of the Mergers & Acquisitions chapter for Corporate Finance, published by the CFA Institute. Keith’s arbitrage career spans research, trading and portfolio management at Neuberger & Berman (1975-1983 and 1989-1996), DLJ (1983-1989) and Jupiter Capital (1997-2006). A former Assistant Professor of economics and finance at St. John's University and Adjunct Professor at the University of Rhode Island and New York University, Keith has earned numerous academic awards and honors. He holds a B.S. and a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from New York University. |

Patrick McKeever joined MKM in October 2007 and covers discount and off-price retailers. Prior to MKM, Mr. McKeever was with Avondale Partners, and prior to that, spent more than six years with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. His professional experience also includes research positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and ABN Amro. Mr. McKeever has been recognized in the Institutional Investor Poll and was awarded “Top Stock Picker in Multiline Retail for 2002” by Starmine. Prior to MKM, Eric most recently spent more than four years covering small and mid-cap companies within the entertainment and video game industries at Barclays (formerly Lehman Brothers). His professional experience also includes research analyst positions at Goldman Sachs and SG Cowen. He holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BA in Political Science from Boston University.

Mr. Agnew has covered a broad range of industries within the Consumer and Leisure sectors including Auto Rental most recently and Online Travel companies while in London. Christopher achieved recognition coming second in The Wall Street Journal’s Best-on-the-Street for stock picking in the Home Construction and Furnishings sector in 2009.
